Safety Training Reporting and Compliance Made Easy

Designed with the Safety professional in mind, the Employee Training Center makes training reporting and compliant record keeping easy. The Safety professional can easily oversee all of the training in your organization, review test scores, and manage complete course and certificate documentation for your company and personnel records.

The ETC gives the Safety training administrator complete control. Course time and date stamp, duration, completed tests, and test scores are automatically recorded for each course and each trainee. The administrator can set the passing test scores for a course within their organization. A powerful reporting feature is a customizable field on the trainee login screen and under the Reports menu tab. This field may be tailored for your specific requirements, for example trainee remote office location, or what organization to which the trainee belongs.

To see reports, the administrator need only select the employees from the list and identify what filters they want, e.g. date range, or pass/fail. A report is automatically sorted and the information is displayed in the same, easy format. To make you more efficient, keyword searching is provided within the course field. And printing of course certificates can also be done in the same manner, and stored for compliance purposes. All reports are downloadable to an MS Excel file with a single click of a button.
