By leveraging existing email applications and the Internet, there is no software to install. Scheduling courses is as easy as selecting employees and sending an email. The ETC automatically generates the email content.

The ETC helps you make targeted HR training more effective and efficient. Besides scheduling multiple courses via email, administrators can upload company-specific documents: company policies, course instructions, or facility diagrams, to be used as part of a scheduled training course. The HR administrator can determine the passing score for a course test, and limit trainee access to other courses within the ETC. The ETC will even print completion certificates for you, and automatically store certificates for compliance purposes.

The Employee Training Center includes a wide range of HR training courses from BLR’s award-winning legal editors and employment lawyers. All course content is up-to-date with current Federal and State compliance requirements, and new courses are made available to ETC customers on a regular basis – at no additional cost.
