The free tool offers you samples of the sales tools from our Strategic Selling Simulation. They are attached along with an outline of this highly-interactive, engaging, and challenging workshop. In brief, the tools are used separately or together to implement account strategies and to sell effectively:
The Strategic Multi-Level Selling Map is used to assess the decision-makers and decision process, determine tactics to navigate the account and sell at high, wide levels.
Our Value Analysis Worksheet is a tool that trains account salespeople to quantify intangible (and tangible) values such as solutions, benefits, value-added services, negotiating issues, etc. It’s based on our proven, proprietary IMPACT and QPA methodology used to quantify critical elements and project them over time.
 
The Group Presentation Planner enables people to manage group dynamics in committee presentations by READing the participants before the presentation to identify “leaders”, “supporters”, “experts”, and “doubters” and capitalize on predicted roles to help them reach a favorable consensus.

Other tools in the program are used to analyze the overall account in depth and to develop a long-range strategic action plan.
